Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from the sign-in method you choose (for example, Google). We use this to identify your account and decide which dashboards you can see.
• Contact requests. If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, company, phone number and message.
• Client marketing data. For businesses that use DataDash, we process marketing and customer data from platforms the business has authorized us to connect, such as advertising accounts, website analytics, call tracking and CRM systems. We process this data on behalf of that business to build its reports.
• Technical information. We use cookies that are required to keep you signed in and to secure your session. Our servers also record basic request logs (such as IP address, browser type and time) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Information from Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we request only basic profile access (your name, email address and profile picture). We use it only to create and secure your DataDash account. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who run sign-in and hosting for us.

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To provide DataDash, including sign-in, access controls and reports.
• To respond to contact requests and support questions.
• To send service emails, such as access invitations and reports you or your organization requested.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that host the site, store data, handle sign-in and send email for us, under obligations to protect it.
• Within the organization that gave you access. For example, a franchisor’s staff may see reports for its locations.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Caputo Digital.

Data retention and security

We keep account information while your account is active and keep client marketing data for as long as our agreement with the client requires. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authorized staff.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account information by emailing support@caputodigital.com. You can also remove DataDash’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google account settings.

Children

DataDash is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
