Who can use DataDash

DataDash is provided to Caputo Digital clients and to people those clients invite. Your access is granted by us or by your organization, and either may change or remove it. If you use DataDash for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account. Tell us promptly at support@caputodigital.com if you believe someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access dashboards, data or accounts you have not been given access to.
• Do not interfere with, overload or try to break the security of the service.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer DataDash.
• Use the service only in line with applicable laws.

Your data

Your organization keeps ownership of the data it connects to DataDash. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and in any agreement we have with your organization.

Our service

DataDash, including its software, design and content, belongs to Caputo Digital. Reports depend on data from third-party platforms. We work to keep that data accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that third-party data is complete or error-free. Marketing decisions you make based on reports are your own.

We may update or change features from time to time. If you are a client, your written agreement with us takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

DataDash is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the service.

Ending access

You can stop using DataDash at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if your organization’s agreement with us ends.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to use DataDash after that means you accept the updated terms.
